The impact of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors: Moderating role of organizational cynicism

The aim of this study was to test the relationship between ethical leadership (EL) and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) moderating role cynicism (OC) in relationship. This conducted on a stratified random sample consisting 400 faculty members their assistants at Sohag University Egypt. We relied survey for data collection were analyzed using simple regression, hierarchical regression moderated analysis (HRMA) slope analysis. Results indicate that has direct indirect effect Organizational modifies so is weaker among employees with high level contrast those low cynicism. Finally, we offer several conclusions concerning EL, OCB OC.
